When she was about 3 I used to make her "tubby custard..." pink smoothies made of frozen strawberries, raspberries, guava pulp, yogurt and honey. Sometimes I would do another color like purple or orange and tell her that the Teletubbies actually had many different flavors of custard. :) She bought it...
Now it's much trickier. We get this ridiculously expensive stuff called Amazing Grass Kid's Superfood that tastes like chocolate milk. It has about 3 servings of fruit/veggies in one spoonful and she loves it. It even has wheatgrass in it.

I agree, whatever it takes to get him to eat fruits & veggies. Is he wearing those Lightning McQueen pajamas again?
Jeni used to eat frozen fruit... no more. :(
