Apple Green

Hey, look - it's a complete apple peel, and my husband, displaying said peel against Jer & Sha's apple-green bathroom wall.

Maybe you had to be there. Or maybe this is just stupid picture day.

Josh is going to hate this post, I think. Sorry.

A perfect October fall afternoon, and a perfect Boston creme donut. Life is good.

Girls' Night Out

To help Saru through her 1/3 life crisis, we went out for a night of dancing, bachelorette party style. We're not 25 anymore (well, except for Alyssa), but a good time was still had by all.

The group + "Easy" (as in the Big...) :

Leaf Peeping...at work

Only so long I can ignore the leaves. They're almost done. I think they peaked last Friday, actually, in general. This is the view from my desk at work, in Southborough, overlooking the Sudbury Reservoir. I keep telling people that it's my pick of places to go for leaf peeping.

Though, I had to leave my desk and walk across rt. 9 to get that clear view. Below how I actually see it - through my spotted window (the spots are permanent - they're there even after the window washers come by), across the parking lot and the road.

Cock Soup

How sophomoric of me to post this...and right after the corkscrews.

But it's cock flavored soup mix...! It probably isn't even funny to those crazy Jamaicans, man. Thanks, Saru and Justin, for finding and buying this. Sorry the picture (below) is so unflattering.

Corkscrew Porn

This always seems to happen whenever our corkscrews come out. I can't figure out why.

Well, I hope they've at least amused, naughty things. Note that the alien dude with belonged to Josh's grandmother.

Beer Brewing

A team of beer brewers descended on my kitchen on Saturday. Kind of like canning, but more manly. My only "job" in the process involved taking pictures and drinking—in about 5 weeks.

Some raw materials:

Wet Kale

Honestly, I tried to find a picture that didn't involve plant life, since I think I'm in a bit of a rut, but couldn't find anything else recent that I liked enough to bother posting. So here's some kale, caught in the morning after a night of rain.

More leaves

So, like, it's autumn. I'm a bit focused presently on these wacky leaf colors.

These 2 pix are of the very large tree growing in Arlington center in front of the Unitarian Universalist church.
